With 15 years of experience in education and college admissions, I bring a perspective most counselors don't have. I've worked on both sides of the admissions desk. I've read applications in a selective college admissions office, and I've led college counseling programs in high schools and at a college advising firm in New York City.

At NDS College Consulting, I intentionally limit my practice to 10 students per graduating class. Every student gets direct access to me throughout the process and the kind of steady, expert guidance that turns an overwhelming milestone into a manageable one. Families don't just get a counselor. They get someone who has done this a thousand times and makes them feel it.

I'm a lifelong educator and a member of both the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). I attend national conferences every year and have visited over 100 college campuses. Staying current on the admissions landscape isn't optional in this work.

I earned my master's degree in higher education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and my bachelor's from Colby College.

I live on the North Shore of Massachusetts and work with families across the country and internationally. Outside of work I'm usually traveling, skiing, hiking, or at a live show.
