Get to know Natasha de Sherbinin
Why Work With Me
With nearly 15 years of experience in education and college admissions, I bring a rare and trusted perspective to the college process—I’ve worked on both sides of the admissions desk. I’ve read applications in a selective college admissions office, and I’ve led college counseling programs in high schools and at a college advising firm in New York City.

In a field where many consultants enter the profession after short-term training or careers in unrelated industries, college admissions has been my life's work. My expertise is built on years of direct experience with students, families, and admissions offices—not just coursework or certification. That depth of knowledge allows me to guide students with clarity, strategy, and insight that goes far beyond the basics.

About Me
I’m a lifelong educator and a proud member of both the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). I regularly attend national conferences and have visited over 100 college campuses to stay current on the admissions landscape.
​
I earned my master’s degree in higher education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and my bachelor’s from Colby College.
​
I live on the North Shore of Massachusetts and work with families across the world. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, skiing, hiking, live music, and time with my family.
